This is the reason we also promote and advocate Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) and advice our clients at appropriate instances to explore the option of ADR whenever the need arises. ADR is generally used to describe the methods and procedure used in resolving legal disputes by means other than litigation. Negotiation, mediation and arbitration are the most common types of ADR. The use of ADR can result in a more expeditious and less expensive process, which in most cases is more satisfactory to clients than the traditional lawsuit. Our firm has represented clients in ADR. Thus our firm is well equipped to participate completely in any alternative dispute resolution methods that a court may order or encourage. We strongly believe that many legal difficulties could be avoided through risk reduction measures and proper counselling and this we offer the best to our client.
